WMS July Release - Day 3

Welcome to the third day of the Waltzingmouse Stamps June Release previews! The DT and I will be sharing projects over the next several days featuring THREE new stamp sets that will be available for purchase at the Waltzingmouse online store starting May 8. 


Today we're all sharing projects with My Island. It has lots of fun components to build a fun beach scene. And of course, there's some great summer sentiments! For this card, I stamped the palm tree in the bg. The sunset is stamped on vellum so the tree image does peek through a bit in real life.

WMS July Release - Day 1

Welcome to the first day of the Waltzingmouse Stamps June Release previews! The DT and I will be sharing projects over the next several days featuring THREE new stamp sets that will be available for purchase at the Waltzingmouse online store starting May 8. 


This is a fun little project with the set Fairy Princess. A fun set that works with Half Pint Heroes and Half Pint Heroines. I used the little frogs to create a fun little card. Claire always packs in fun little accompanying stamps and you can create fun little cards with them.

For the waltz, I made some tags to include for a child's sports events, a work event, or for a birthday. I stamped the sentiment in repeatedly on some paper and then punched out a circle. Added a punched star, a button, some twine and a bit of ribbon.

Today we're showing Compact Sentiments - Part 2. 
Because the first set was so fun. :)

I pulled out an oldie, Sweethearts, to match with the sentiment "You make me smile with my heart".
Added a touch of glitter with a glitter pen to the top to finish things off.

Today we're featuring a set entitled Compact Family - a lovely set with fabby fonts to fill almost any family member need! 


Since Mother's Day is coming up, I went with a Mom card.
The fun thing is that the m is interchangeable with 'om' for mom or 'um' for mum.

I created a fun little card to give to that special kid you know. 
A little fun star shape
And a sentiment to match that star shape.
A face that's so cute and one you could customize.


You could easily mass produce these or make fun little lunchbox notes.

Our Moment

We just celebrated our wedding anniversary last week.
We both put the laptops down and actually talked to each other face to face over dinner...
A rare occurrence in this wired household...

3 years and counting.
2 states and 2 major moves
1 magical life and 1 lovey post.
And that's how we roll on this blog.


So here's to many more years and many more meals together. :)
